When should Electric FX join the project?
Ideally during design development, before service size, lighting, millwork and equipment locations are finalized. Early coordination provides more options and reduces changes during construction.
Can you price from architectural and electrical drawings?
Yes. Drawings, lighting schedules, equipment specifications and control requirements help define the scope. We identify missing decisions and allowances that should be clarified before construction.
Do you provide Lutron and Sonos systems?
Yes. Electric FX plans and installs Lutron lighting controls and automated shades, plus Sonos whole-home audio and home theatre systems.
How do you determine the electrical service size?
Service size is based on the calculated demand, equipment being installed, future plans, utility requirements and the overall electrical design—not simply the number or size of panels.
Do you handle ESA and utility coordination?
Electric FX files required ESA notifications for our work, coordinates applicable inspections and manages utility involvement for service work where needed.
What support is available after move-in?
We can help with adjustments, programming changes, added devices, new equipment and future electrical projects after the original installation is complete.
